E-Structors: The Secure Solution

When it is time to dispose of documents and computers which hold sensitive data, you don't want them to end up in dumpsters and landfills, a prime territory for thieves and hackers.

E-Structors onsite state-of-the-art destruction system mechanically shreds computers and electronics into pieces no larger than 1.5”, rendering all critical or sensitive information 100% irretrievable. The onsite paper destruction system pulverizes large quantities of clients documents into pieces smaller than .5”, making it impossible to retrieve the information. The destruction processes at E-Structors meet and exceed the requirements set forth in the NAID (National Association for Information Destruction) certification.

Clients are welcome to witness the destruction or the process can be recorded. Every process is documented with a Certificate of Destruction for the clients records.

Onsite Facility Security

Processing Security

• Destruction processes exceed requirements set in the NAID Standard
  
• Hard drives are triple wiped and verified for complete erasure or sent immediately for shredding
  
• Clients may witness the destruction process
  
• Clients can request a recording of the asset destruction
  
• All critical data is rendered unidentifiable and irretrievable
  
• Equipment and document destruction are documented with a Certificate of Destruction or a Certificate of Recycle upon completion of requested services
